Status of coach Mike Sutton remains unchanged at Vanderbilt
There has been no change in the official medical status of Tennessee Tech University men's basketball coach Mike Sutton, who remains in "critical but stable" condition at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. Sutton, 49, is in the intensive care unit at Vanderbilt where he is being treated for Guillain-Barre' Syndrome, a rare disease that attacks the immune system.

Sutton, 49, is in the intensive care unit at Vanderbilt where he

Mike and his wife, Karen, respectfully ask that they receive no
visitors during this recovery, but are highly appreciative of so
many positive thoughts and prayers for his recovery.
