A look at Tennessee Tech
The Golden Eagles (14-7) enter the Horizon League Championships red-hot after closing out the regular-season on a seven-match winning streak. Tech is also 10-1 in its last 11 affairs.
TTU's late-season surge saw the club rattle off an undefeated conference campaign after posting a perfect 6-0 Horizon League record en route to a South Division title. The unblemished conference account marked the program's first undefeated league ledger since 2021.
Four Golden Eagles took home all-conference accolades during Thursday's reveal of the Horizon League All-Conference awards. Diego Munoz was named Freshman of the Year, Mark Klysner was named Coach of the Year, Alex Alvarez reserved a spot on the first team and Davids Spaks took home a second-team honor.
Alvarez led Tech with an 11-5 singles record. Munoz earned 10 solo wins, while Spaks claimed nine during the spring. Alvarez and Spaks led Tech with a 10-6 doubles mark.
After capturing the South No. 1 seed and a first-round bye, the Golden Eagles are back in the tournament's semifinals for the first time since 2024. Tech last made the finals in 2023.

Roi was the lone Bruin to earn all-conference recognition after reserving a spot on the Horizon League first team. The senior out of Lyon, France leads Belmont with 10 singles victories. Will Ecklund and Charlie Robin have been the club's most productive doubles duo behind 11 tandem wins.
Belmont comes into the semifinal tilt with a 10-11 overall record and a 3-3 conference mark.
