Tennessee Tech adds three coaches to staff
COOKEVILLE, Tenn. - Tennessee Tech baseball head coach Matt Bragga has announced the completion of his 2007 coaching staff, adding two assistant coaches and a volunteer coach. Larry Bragga and Chris Cole will be assistant coaches, with Ryan Haun serving as a volunteer. "I am very excited about the additions we have made to our staff," Bragga said. "I feel as though they work very well together and that we are going to have a great year."
Larry Bragga, 61, graduated from the Ohio State University in
1967, with a bachelor's degree in biology and speech, moving on to
Kent State University where he received his master's in education
administration. Bragga was the principal of Riverside (Ohio) High
School for 24 years and acted as Mayor of Riverside for seven
years, coaching summer leagues in his off-time.
Larry will perform the administrative duties of Tennessee Tech
Baseball, as well as working with the players on the field. Head

Bragga's father, Larry is married to Carol Bragga.
Haun played at Cleveland State during the 1999-2001 seasons. He
transferred to Carson-Newman and helped the Eagles advance to the
Division 2 Regional in Tampa, Fla. Haun was named Carson-Newman's
Most Dedicated Player in 2004.
A product of Morristown, Tenn., Haun lettered four years at
Morristown West High School and received all-region honors his
senior year. Haun, 26, is married to Chelsea Haun.
Haun will be acting as a volunteer assistant for the Golden
Eagles???, working mainly with the infielders.
Christopher Cole, the brother of senior pitcher Zac Cole, was
born in Brooksville, Fla., and attended Hernando High School where
he was named first team all-state in 2000. Cole was named honorable
mention all-state in 1998 and 1999, as well as posting the school
record for most hits in a season.
He attended Florida State University in 2000, later transferring to
Stetson University, located in Deland, Fla., for the 2001 and 2002
seasons. Cole graduated from Thomas University in the summer of
2006 with a bachelor's in Liberal Arts.
Cole will be the pitching coach for the Golden Eagles.
