2024 (Freshman): Howard was a key contributor in her first season donning the purple and gold, appearing in 19 of 20 matches with four starts on the year…totaled 569 minutes on the pitch…picked up an assist for her lone point on the season with a helper as part of a 4-1 nod at Southern Indiana on Oct. 6…attempted seven shots with four on-goal…started three straight matches from Aug. 25-Sept. 1…had lone OVC start and tied a season-high in minutes with 55 in a 3-1 victory at Western Illinois on Oct. 20…also appeared in 55 minutes at Middle Tennessee in first career start on Aug. 25 and in a 4-1 win at Southern Indiana on Oct. 6.
High School: Howard enjoyed a stellar soccer career at Briarcrest Christian High School in Eads, Tenn., lettering on the pitch for five years with a run that began as an eighth grader…was a two-time member of the AA West All-Region team, a member of the Daily Memphian All-Metro team, her high school’s Offensive MVP and the TN State Championship Player of the Match in 2023…helped lead club to a state title in 2019, a state runner-up showing in 2022 and a state quarterfinalist appearance…helped guide squad to four region championships…scored 22 goals and added 22 assists throughout her high-school tenure…earned a series of academic accolades, including the Joseph A.
