Spring 2024 (Sophomore): Rhodes competed in all five of Tech's spring events, totaling 11 rounds of stroke play and two of match play… opened the spring by taking part in the Oyster Shuck Match Play event (Feb. 12-13)… earned a top-25 performance at the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate (Mar. 17-19) behind a 241… tied for fourth to earn her first career All-Tournament honor at the OVC Championships (Apr. 14-16), delivering career-bests of 229 and an even-par 72 in the second round… took home the team's Coach's Award for the first time… rounded out the season fourth on the team with an 80.05 scoring average.
Fall 2023 (Sophomore): Rhodes participated in three of the team's five tournaments in the spring, finishing nine rounds of play… started with a season-best score of 237 at the UAB Hoover Invitational (Sept. 18-19), posting rounds of 78, 79, and 80… ended the fall with a scoring average of 81.78.
Spring 2023 (Freshman): Rhodes competed in four of Tech’s five spring tournaments, compiling 11 rounds of action… fired three rounds under 80 for a season-low 231 at the Pinetree Women’s Collegiate (Apr. 3-4), representing Tech’s low score for the event… turned in a low round of 75 for the season in the second round of the Brickyard Collegiate (Apr. 10-11)… competed in the first two rounds of the OVC Championships (Apr. 16-18)… earned the team’s Most Improved Player Award… concluded the year with an 82.71 scoring average.
Fall 2022 (Freshman): Rhodes took part in one of the team’s four events during the fall, completing three rounds of play… made her collegiate debut at the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate (Sept. 26-27), carding an 85-85-86=256… finished the fall with a scoring average of 85.33.
High School: Rhodes lettered four years at Jackson Senior High School in Jackson, Mo. for head coach Jim Brady… led JSHS to district titles in 2019, 2020, and 2021… also propelled the team to a third-place showing at the Missouri Class 4 State Championships in 2021 and at the Missouri Class 2 State Championships in 2019… collected medalist honors in five of her seven matches as a senior, compiling a scoring average of 73.75… as a junior, won five of her seven events, putting forth a nine-hole scoring average of 36.5… earned medalist honors in six of her 10 matches between her freshman and sophomore campaigns… named Southeast Missourian Female Golfer of the Year as a sophomore, claiming an individual district title and All-State honors… was the district runner-up in both 2020 and 2021 and collected another All-State honor as a senior after placing fifth at the Class 4 State Championships.
Personal: Daughter of Kristen and Steven Rhodes… born in Cape Girardeau, Mo. on January 9, 2004… full name is Kaydi Grace Rhodes… was a member of Team Missouri as part of the 51st and 53rd Junior Girls' Four-State Championship in 2019 and 2021… tied for first at the Missouri Jr. Amateur and participated in the 2019 and 2021 Southern Jr. Cup.
Academic: Majoring in zoology… named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll four times and to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll once.
