Golden Eagles Finish Fourth in the Flyer Invitational
Tennessee Tech women’s golf finish fourth in the Flyer Invitational at NCR CC hosted by Dayton. Chloe Griffith shot 11 over to finish sixth, leading the team to a fourth-place finish.

DAYTON, Ohio – Tennessee Tech women's golf finished fourth in the Flyer Invitational at NCR CC hosted by Dayton. Chloe Griffith shot 11 over to finish sixth, leading the team to a fourth-place finish.
Chloe Griffith shot a final round 76 with two birdies to finish sixth at 11 over to conclude the 54-hole tournament. The Golden Eagles finished in the Top 5 for the third time in three tournaments this season, marking their second-highest finish of the year (4th).
Kailey Lane shot 74 in the final round with two birdies to finish 12 over and land in the Top 10 in 10th. Lane was three over today and posted rounds of 77 (1st), 74 (2nd), and 74 (3rd) to post a top 10 finish. She made six birdies over three rounds.
Kaydi Rhodes shot a third-round 75 to finish 15th with a +14 after closing the final 18 with a four over today. Rhodes made two birdies today and five overall through 54 holes.
Sydney Branson shot a third-round 76 to finish 31st at 18 over. Branson made one birdie today and sank four birdies in three rounds, with three during the second round of play yesterday.
Lexus Julian finished 40th at 22 over with a closing round of 78 (+7) today. Julian made two birdies in the final 18 today. She sank eight birdies overall for the tournament.
Summer Pilot, competing as an individual, finished with a 38-over score and 66th.

The Golden Eagles led the field with the lowest average shots on Par 4s (4.29), they tied for the third-lowest score on Par 5s (5.11), and made the most pars (155).
Griffith finished tied for fifth in average shots on Par 4s (4.21), and Lane finished tied for the fourth-lowest average on Par 5s (4.78). Branson tied for the fifth-most pars made (34) among the field. Julian tied for the 8th most birdies made (8).
