Tech baseball team returns to Bush Stadium, hosts Alabama A&M Tuesday evening

Tennessee Tech Baseball Midweek Preview (4/11)
COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Game two in the home-and-home series between the Tennessee Tech baseball team and Alabama A&M is set to commence Tuesday evening in a 6 p.m. CT affair that will be sure to have the fans talking leading up to first pitch.
In the two teams' previous engagement, the Golden Eagles rolled to tie the program's scoring record in a 34-6 decision in Huntsville, Ala., just one week ago. The Tech offense, which broke the school mark with 26 hits, saw freshman Kevin Strohschein break or tie four individual records himself, including breaking the program's standard for RBI (nine) and grand slams in a single season (three).
The Golden Eagles completed a three-game sweep over Ohio Valley Conference foe Eastern Illinois over the weekend, marking their fourth straight victory. Alabama A&M fell three times at Arkansas-Pine Bluff over the weekend. The Bulldogs have now lost 11 straight contests.
Tuesday's match-up will be webstreamed live on the OVC Digital Network with Dylan Vazzano on the call.
