Zach Bailey receives 2010 First Tennessee Bank Scholarship
Golden Eagle sophomore Zach Bailey was named recipient of the 2010 First Tennessee Bank Scholarship, an award he accepted Thursday during Tech's doubleheader against Murray State.
COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- Golden Eagle sophomore Zach Bailey was
named recipient of the 2010 First Tennessee Bank Scholarship, an
award he accepted Thursday during Tech's doubleheader against
Murray State.
First Tennessee Bank is the corporate sponsor of Tennessee Tech
basketball, and presents a scholarship each year to a member of the
men's or women's basketball team majoring in business or
finance.
Bailey is a sophomore business major from Fort Lauderdale, Fla.,
and owns a 3.37 GPA.
On the court for the presentation were, from left, TTU Director of
Athletics Mark Wilson, Bailey, Nelson Forrester, president of First
Tennessee Bank Cookeville, and University President Dr. Bob Bell.
