Ronquez enjoyed some success as a ball carrier during the 2010 spring workouts and has pushed himself into a position where he can contribute from several backfield slots...a swingback, he runs excellent pass routes out of the backfield and has good hands...helps give Tech a large contingent of talent at his positions...was a redshirt member of the squad in 2008, joining the roster after the start of fall classes...walk-on who worked at developing his strength...member of the Scout Team in 2008...has participated in spring drills the past two years.

AT TECH (In 2009): Ronquez was on the roster but did not see any action in the 2009 season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ronquez is a 2008 graduate of Beech High School in Goodlettsville where he lettered in both football and basketball...four-year starter at runningback, cornerback and safety for coach Anthony Crabtree...four-time Sumner County all-county selection...named all-region in 2005 as a sophomore...helped Beech win the Region 6-4A title and reach the TSSAA playoff in both 2005 and 2007.
