Jun 28, 2010 -  Despite a storied past, the Tennessee Tech baseball team has risen to new heights over the past few seasons. In 2009 the Golden Eagles captured the OVC tournament championship, while the 2010 season brought the team the regular season OVC title as well as the no. 1 seed headed into the post-season.

Jun 8, 2010 -  Opportunity awaits four Golden Eagle juniors as they were selected to four different Major League Baseball teams on day two of the 2010 draft.

Kirby-Jones and Oberacker selected 1st and 2nd team All-America by the American Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings

Jun 25, 2010 -  Golden Eagle sluggers combine for nine total All-America Team appearances for the 2010 season with their most recent selections to the ABCA/Rawlings All-America Teams.

Tennessee Tech earns 2009-2010 Sportsmanship Award for baseball

Jun 9, 2010 -  The Tennessee Tech University baseball team is the recipient of the 2009-10 Team Sportsmanship Award as announced Wednesday by the Ohio Valley Conference. This marks the first time since the inception of the award in August of 2005 that the baseball program at Tech has received the honor.

Large turnout greets Purple Pride Caravan in Monterey

Jul 27, 2010 -  A large turnout made the Purple Pride Caravan stop at the Monterey Sav-a-lot a success Tuesday night. Head coaches Watson Brown, Matt Bragga and John Blair were among the Tech personnel on hand.
