Bio
Chris made the transfer from Middle Tennessee State to the Golden
Eagles in January and was on hand in April to participate in Spring
drills...showed promise during Spring work for the Golden
Eagles...a "nickel" back who is learning the system and his
position...will be a redshirt freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Hunters Lane High
School...played a dual role for coach Dennis Moreno at Hunters
Lane, lining up at outside linebacker and fullback...named
all-state and all-region...won the team's Hard Hitter Award...as a
senior, he recorded 155 total tackles, with five quarterback sacks
and two interceptions...ranked in the state Top 10 for
tackles...his tackle totals climbed every year, from 35 as a
freshman to 56 as a sophomore and 96 in his junior season.
