2024 (Junior): Young competed in all 22 matches on the year, finishing 4-16 overall with a 3-7 mark in OVC play… went 2-11 in the No. 4 slot and 2-5 as the No. 5 duo… competed with Ava Schubert (4-13, 3-7 OVC) and Katie DiRaimondo (0-3) during the year… picked up one of the team's two wins at the OVC Tournament with a decisive, 2-0 win over Lindenwood (Apr. 26).
2023 (Sophomore): Young took part in all 20 matches of Tech’s inaugural beach campaign, finishing with team-best records of 10-10 overall and 6-4 in OVC play… ended the year 0-1 at No. 3, 9-9 at the No. 4 position, and 1-0 as the No. 5… teamed with Morgan Gish (6-7, 4-3), Bella Powell (2-1, 2-1 OVC), and Brooke Amann (2-2) during the year… competed for Tech in the No. 4 slot with Gish over the final 13 matches of the year, including all four match-ups in the OVC Tournament… made her collegiate debut in the No. 3 position with Amann against Spartanburg Methodist (Feb. 24)… picked up her first career win with Amann in the No. 4 spot with a 2-0 decision at Berry College (Feb. 25)… won the longest marathon set in program history with Gish at the No. 4 slot to help Tech capture its first-ever win in the OVC Tournament, defeating Lindenwood (Apr. 27) 30-28 in the first set before clinching a 2-0 victory with a 21-16 decision in set two.
