2011-12 (JUNIOR): Emily played in 15 games and started in six... had 23 at bats earning one run and 2 hits and one RBI... had four walks and contributing to 14 assists... named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll list for the 2012 spring semester (May 16).

Before Tech: In her two years at McLennan Community College, Emily racked up numerous awards including a nod to the 1st team All-Conference in both her freshman and sophomore years...she was also selected as the MCC Athletic Representative for softball...hit .331 and .317 in her two years, totaling 73 runs, 22 doubles, four triples, and five home runs...she also stole 16 bases and tallied 65 RBIs...helped lead her team to the conference championship in 2010 and regional championship in 2011.

High School: Emily was a two-sport athlete at Richland High School, earning four letters in softball and one in basketball...was named 1st team All-district on three occassions while batting .431, and led her team in RBIs three times under coach Kathy Patke...she was named to the Academic All-district team all four years with softball and named Academic All-State with basketball...graduated in the top 10% of her class.
