In Fall 2015 (Freshman): Giles too part in five of the team’s six fall tournaments, completing 14 rounds of play… became the first Tech player ever to earn OVC Male Golfer of the Week honors three times in the same year… broke Tech’s all-time freshman scoring record in the season-opening GolfWeek Program Challenge (Sept. 6-8), carding a season-best 70-71-69=210 to tie for 12th place… carded a season-low 69 at the same event and finished 6-under for the entire tournament… took home first career All-Tournament honors at the Kenny Perry Invitational (Oct. 12-13), tying for second place overall with a 71-70-76=217… tied for third at the ASU Fall Beach Classic (Oct. 25-27), gathering another All-Tournament nod… fired a 73-70=143 at the rain-shortened event… concluded fall play with a scoring average of 73.64, ranking in the top-10 in the OVC.
