Brannon made the short journey from Livingston to Cookeville to join the Golden Eagle roster a year ago and spent his first season at Tennessee Tech as a redshirt...used his time well with diligent work in the weight room...increased his strength and speed while also learning the system...after a year's tutoring on the sidelines, Brannon will be available to begin seeing playing time as a redshirt freshman where he is lining up as a cornerback...could also help on special teams...intelligent player with a keen insight for the game, having prepped under his father, assistant coach Danny McCoin, at Livingston Academy.
