Cody joined the Golden Eagles as a walk-on in 2008 and will continue to provide depth for the Golden Eagles in 2009...spent his first season on the roster as a redshirt wide receiver...also the long snapper on the Scout team...caught a touchdown pass in the Purple/Gold game to cap off Spring drills in April.

HIGH SCHOOL: A two-sport letterman at Anderson County High School, Cody is a 2008 graduate...played three positions for football coach Larry Kerr, spending time on offense as a quarterback and wide receiver, and filling the free safety position on defense...also played point guard on coach Mark Eldridge's basketball team...named both all-region and all-state in football as a senior...selected to play in the Tennessee-Kentucky Border Bowl...finished his season with 86 total tackles, four interceptions and 15 passes defended...as a receiver, he had 15 catches for 357 yards and five touchdowns.

PERSONAL: The son of Darrell and Angel Seiber...birthdate is October 26, 1989...full name is Cody Don Seiber...majoring in history.
