a solid showing during Spring drills...tough competitor...could see

AT TECH -- (In 2008): Tremaine piled up 777
all-purpose yards as a true freshman, including 135 on the ground,
206 receiving and 436 on kickoff returns...ranked fifth on the team
in rushing, posting 32 carries for 135 yards and one
touchdown...top game was 47 yards on just five carries at Tennessee
State...ranked third on the squad in receptions with 25 for 206
yards and two touchdowns...had eight catches for career-high 61
yards against Jacksonville State, finishing the game with 184
all-purpose yards...snared a pass over the middle and took it 20
yards into the end zone at Louisville for his first career
touchdown...returned 17 kicks for 436 yards to average 25.6 yard
per return, ranking fourth in the OVC...10th in the league in
number of kick returns and 10th in KO return yards.
HIGH SCHOOL: A three-year starter and three-year
team captain at Howard High School in Chattanooga, Hudson was a
finalist for the Mr. Football Award as a senior when he rushed for
over 1,300 yards with 24 touchdowns...first-team all-region and
All-State pick...was the team's Offensive Player of the Year and
MVP in 2007...set the school record with six touchdowns in one
game...as a junior, he rushed for 987 yards and 13 touchdowns and
was named first-team all-region and second-team All-State, along
with the team's Offensive Player of the Year.
