Golden Eagles to hold "Tweet and Greet" at Thursday basketball games

the Ohio Valley Conference schools, @TTUGoldenEagles is nearing its
6,000th follower. To celebrate, Tech is hosting a "Tweet and Greet"
Thursday night at the Hoop.
Fans who follow @TTUGoldenEagles will have the chance to win loads of prizes by participating in various contests and activities throughout the night. Students are encouraged to wear their "Purple People TweeTTUr shirts" in the student section.
Once the account reaches 6,000 followers, one lucky fan will win a pair of all-session passes to the 2013 Ohio Valley Conference Basketball Tournament in Nashville, March 6-9.
Thursday night features a pair of critical games for both the men's and women's teams. The women can help their chances at winning the OVC East Division by topping the Colonels, while the men are fighting for a seed in the tournament.
