2020-21 (Sophomore): George participated in 12 of the team’s 16 matches, playing in 39 of 61 sets overall… finished the season with 22 digs, two service aces, and an assist… racked up a career-high seven digs and a service ace in a three-set win over Eastern Illinois (Feb. 14), the second of two games against the Panthers that day… tallied four digs and an ace against Morehead State (Mar. 8).

2019 (Freshman): George played in one of Tech’s 30 matches, competing in one of 112 sets… totaled four total serves on the year… made her collegiate debut against Oakland (Aug. 30).

High School: George was a two-sport athlete at Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, lettering four years in volleyball as a libero for head coach Amy Norton and two years in track & field as a sprinter for head coach Bill Calloway… racked up 402 digs and 69 service aces through her junior season before missing her senior campaign due to injury… earned All-Conference and Metro Area Honorable Mention recognition as a junior.

Personal: Daughter of Michael George and Toni Stone… born April 16, 2001 in Des Moines, Iowa.

Academic: Majoring in communications… named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll once.
