Golden Eagles head to Sevierville to host 10th annual Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate Mar. 12-14
COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Tech women's golf team returns to Sevierville, Tenn. to host the 10th annual Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate at Sevierville Golf Club. Play begins Sunday and will run through Tuesday while teams compete on the Highlands Course.

BOBBY NICHOLS INTERCOLLEGIATE: Mar. 12-14, 2023 – 54 holes (18 Sunday, 18 Monday, 18 Tuesday), located at the par-71, 5,803-yard Highlands Course at Sevierville Golf Club in Sevierville, Tenn. Play will begin each day with a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m. CT.
GOLDEN EAGLE LINEUP: Competing for the Golden Eagles are junior Ainsley Simms, senior Elisabeth Toennessen, sophomore Reagan Stuke, senior Makenzie Morton, and freshman Kaydi Rhodes. Competing as individuals for the purple and gold are senior Gittle Sciolis, senior Katrine Toennessen, and freshman Sydney Branson.
THE COMPETITION: The 16-team field consists of host Tennessee Tech, as well as Austin Peay, Bellarmine, Carson-Newman, Dalton State, Dayton, Findlay, Indiana State, North Alabama, North Georgia, Oklahoma City, Radford, Southern Indiana, Tennessee State, Tusculum, and UNI.

Being able to host and bring together many teams to celebrate Bobby Nichols' influence on the game carries great joy to not only the current program but everyone who has played golf here at Tech. This group is starting to connect on one common goal this season and we are starting to see the effects of that. It will be great to see our improvement in our second event of the season."
