Spring 2022 (Junior): Toennessen took part in all six of the team's spring tournaments, tallying 16 rounds of play… turned in a career-low 79-76-74=229 to tie for sixth at the Nevel Meade Collegiate (Mar. 21-22)… picked up a top-15 finish with a 79-76-77=232 at the OVC Championships (Apr. 17-19)… tallied a 78-78=156 at the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate (Mar. 14-15)… concluded the year with an 80.50 scoring average.
Fall 2021 (Junior): Toennessen played in two of Tech’s four tournaments in the fall, completing six rounds of action… produced a season-low 237 with a season-best round of 76 at the Terrier Intercollegiate (Oct. 25-26)… finished the fall season with a scoring average of 81.67.
Spring 2021 (Sophomore): Toennessen competed in all six of the team’s events in the spring, totaling 17 rounds of play… delivered a season-low round of 74 on the way to a season-best 230 at the Kiawah Island Classic (Feb. 28-Mar. 2)… earned a top-25 finish at the Lady Bison Bay Point Classic (Feb. 8-9), carding an 82-81=163… took home the team’s Most Improved Player Award… completed the year with a 79.41 scoring average.

High School: Toennessen attended Wang Toppidrett in Tonsberg, Norway… joined her sisters in competing for the Grimstad GolfKlub… claimed victory in the 1st Division Team NM competition, earning the right to play in the elite division next year and compete among the eight best teams in all of Norway.
Personal: Daughter of Trine and Torbjorn Toennessen… born March 19, 2000… full name is Elisabeth Toennessen… her twin sister, Katrine, also plays for Golden Eagles… oldest sister, Maria, played golf at Ole Miss from 2013-17… joined her twin sister Katrine as the first international signees in program history.
