THE COMPETITION: The 14-team field consists of host Middle Tennessee, as well as, Charleston Southern, Eastern Kentucky, Francis Marion, Lamar, Lipscomb, Louisiana Tech, Mercer, South Alabama, South Dakota State, Tennessee, Tennessee Tech, Troy and Western Kentucky.
THOUGHTS FROM COACH BROWN: "We're very excited to go back to MTSU's event. Anytime we can compete in tournaments with them, it's always a positive for our team. The Grove is one of the best courses in the state and very challenging for the players. Overall, this will be a great test for our young men. The field looks to be probably the strongest we'll see all year, so it's just a great opportunity for our guys to go in there and show what they're capable of doing against some really good competition."
WHAT TO WATCH FOR: Tech returns to The Grove Intercollegiate for the first time since 2014-15, when the team finished ninth among a field of 12. None of the current Golden Eagles were on hand for the event, which saw Ohio State claim the tournament title.
