Spring 2017 (Junior): Wilkerson played in all five spring events for Tech, totaling 15 rounds of play… put together three straight top-10 finishes and wrapped up the year with four straight top-15 finishes… tied for seventh overall with a season-low 72-72-70=214 at the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate (Mar. 19-21)… finished 2-under for the entire tournament… fired scores of 221 at both the Grover Page Classic (Mar. 13-14) and the OVC Championships (Apr. 24-26), finishing tied for ninth and tied for 15th, respectively… named the Gilbert Darcy Most Valuable Player and earned the team’s Low Average award while leading the team with a 74.63 scoring average.
Fall 2016 (Junior): Wilkerson competed in four of the team’s five events in the fall, completing 12 rounds of action… posted a fall-best 75-72-74=221 at the Samford Intercollegiate (Oct. 31-Nov. 1), tying for fifth place to earn his first career All-Tournament honors… finished the fall with averaging 75.83 per round.
Spring 2016 (Sophomore): Wilkerson participated in four spring tournaments, finishing nine rounds of action… posted a spring-best 77-78-77=232 at the Grover Page Classic (Mar. 14-15)… shot his low round of the spring at the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate (Mar. 20-22), a 2-over 74… completed the year with a 76.09 scoring average.
Fall 2015 (Sophomore): Wilkerson took part in five of the team’s six fall events, compiling 14 rounds of play… tallied a team-best three top-10 finishes… fired a career-low 68-68-76=212 to tie for eighth overall at the Derek Dolenc Invitational (Sept. 28-29)… tied his career-low round of 68 in the first two rounds of the same event… also tied for eighth at the ASU Fall Invitational (Oct. 25-27), tallying a career-low 36-hole score of 75-70=145… carded a 73-73-73=219 at the Murray State Invitational (Sept. 21-22), tying for 10th overall… concluded fall play with a scoring average of 74.43.
Spring 2015 (R-Freshman): Wilkerson played in three spring tournaments, completing eight rounds of play… playing as an individual, broke his season-low scoring mark with a 68-72-74=214 at the Big Blue Intercollegiate (Apr. 13-14), Tech’s first tournament championship since 2007… posted a personal best for 36 holes of 80-76=156 at the Grover Page Classic (Mar. 9-10)… earned the team’s Most Improved award… finished the year with 75.18 scoring average.
Fall 2014 (R-Freshman): Wilkerson participated in one event in the fall, finishing three rounds of play… carded a 73-74-73=220 at the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate (Oct. 20-21)… completed the fall with a stroke average of 73.33.

High School: Wilkerson lettered four years in golf and four years in basketball under former Golden Eagle basketball player Eric Mitchell while at White County High School… helped lead his team to district and regional championships in 2012… named the 2011 co-Player of the Year in Class 6AAA in the state of Tennessee… won the outright title of Class 6AAA Player of the Year in 2012… made two appearances in the TSSAA Class 6AAA Stat Championship, tying for 24th as a sophomore and tying for 20th as a senior… named all-district all four seasons at WCHS… also earned all-district honors in basketball as a junior… averaged an 18-hole score of 72 in four years… named to the honor roll every year at WCHS.
