Still a deal: Season tickets for remainder of TTU games on sale through Saturday
Season tickets for the remaining 12 nights and 17 games of Tennessee Tech basketball in Eblen Center are on sale through Saturday, and still represent a savings over individual game tickets.
COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- The Ohio Valley Conference portion of the
schedule has just gotten underway, and with it things are getting
more interesting for Tennessee Tech's women's and men's basketball
teams.
And fans.
Eblen Center will host 12 more nights of OVC basketball over the
next two months, featuring 17 exciting conference games.
Combine that with an offer to save money, and fans can start the
new year with a late gift to themselves. Season tickets are on sale
through Saturday, and still represent a savings over individual
game tickets. A season ticket for $100 will get a fan into all 17
games, representing a savings of $20 over the balance of the
season.
"Basically, the entire season to this point has been free for our
season ticket holders," said Sandy Zimmerman, Athletics Ticket
Office Manager. "And, a season ticket also makes the next two
nights free. So, fans can still purchase season tickets to watch
the rest of the games and the first two nights are free."
The Golden Eagle men host Tennessee State Thursday night at 7 p.m.,
and both Tech teams will ignite a new OVC rivalry on Saturday when
Belmont visits Eblen Center for the first conference games between
the two neighboring schools. The women's game tips off at 5:30 p.m.
and the men's game is slated for 7:30 p.m.
"With all of the after Christmas sales, everybody has been in the
habit of saving money the past few days," Zimmerman said. "We just
want to remind Golden Eagle basketball fans that there are still
savings to be enjoyed with a season ticket."
Season tickets can be purchase by visiting the Athletics Ticket
Office in Eblen Center, or by calling (931) 372-3940. Season
tickets may also be purchased online at TTUsports.com.
