Women's Cross Country Finishes 2nd, Men's Finishes 5th at The Angel Mounds Invitational
Tennessee Tech's cross country teams delivered an impressive showing at the Angel Mounds Invitational, with the women's team earning a strong 2nd place finish and the men's team securing 5th.

Evansville, IN – Tennessee Tech's cross country teams delivered an impressive showing at the Angel Mounds Invitational, with the women's team earning a strong 2nd place finish and the men's team securing 5th.
The Golden Eagles turned in a strong all-around performance at the Angel Mounds Invitational, with both cross country teams finishing in the top five. The women's squad achieved their best result of the season so far, placing 2nd overall, while the men's team earned their second top 5 finish of the year. The women's team remains undefeated against Ohio Valley Conference competition this season.

The Golden Eagles had three runners finish in the top 15 overall: Naomy Lokiles (11th), Makaleigh Jessee (15th), and Carter Bradford (14th).
Women's Cross country finished 2nd in the 6k among 19 teams, led by Naomy Lokiles (21:38.89), Makaleigh Jessee (21:51.21), Joy Jepleting (21:57.12), Rylee Wells (22:00.43), Jane Lokiles (PR, 22:11.80).
Men's cross country finished 5th in the 8k among 19 teams, led by Carter Bradford (24:37.47), Myles-Hawkins (25:10.36), Luca Gambing (PR, 25:10.18), and Nic Chambers (25:24.24).
