2022 (Junior): Giada Zhou put together one of the best seasons in the conference, becoming the first-ever Golden Eagle to take home the OVC Midfielder of the Year award to go along with an All-OVC first-team selection…started in 17 matches, playing a total of 1,362 minutes…notched two goals, both game-winning strikes, to go along with six assists to tie for 10th most in a single-season in program history…six assists were good enough for second in the OVC…picked up 10 points to tie for ninth in the conference…attempted 34 shots to tie for seventh most in the league…went all 90 minutes in seven matches throughout the year, including the OVC Tournament championship match…notched three assists in a 4-1 win over Furman on Aug. 25 to tie for the second-most assists in a single match in program history…scored the game-winning goal and collected an assist for a three-point showing in a 3-1 nod at Middle Tennessee on Sept. 8…scored the game-winning goal in a win over SIUE on Oct. 6…attempted a season-high four shots in a scoreless draw vs. Lindenwood on Sept. 25 as well as a 3-0 victory over SEMO on Oct. 16.
2021 (Sophomore): Giada Zhou was one of four field players to start all 16 matches, finishing third among field players with 1,344 minutes of action…scored one goal and tallied one assists for a three-point showing…finished second on the team with 24 shots, nine of which were on-goal for a .375 shot on-goal percentage…scored the game-winning goal in the home opener in a 1-0 nod over Liberty on Aug. 22…played all 110 minutes and took three shots, two of which were on-goal in a scoreless draw at ETSU on Sept. 17…played 92 minutes and took a career and season-high five shots in a 1-0 victory over Eastern Illinois on Oct. 10…appeared in 103 minutes and attempted two shots in a 2-2 draw vs. Murray State on Oct. 21…assisted on the game-winning in the 55th minute in the first round of the OVC Tournament in a 1-0 victory against Eastern Illinois on Oct. 29.
