High School: Golday lettered at Arlington High School in Arlington, Tenn. for head coach Don Deaton… averaged 21 points, 11 rebounds and five blocks per game as a senior… earned All-District honors four times and led Arlington to the district tournament all four years, highlighted by a District 14-AAA regular season title… averaged 18 points, 11 rebounds and five blocks as a junior… for his career, averaged 14.5 points, 10.5 rebounds and five blocks… earned a spot on the Class-AAA All-Metro Team and on the Tennessee Prep Hoops Region 7-AAA All-Region Team… graduated in the top-five percent of his class.
