Tech Football adds DL Jeremiah Sandiford to complete December portion of signing class
COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- To close out Tennessee Tech's December signing class, Jeremiah Sandiford was able to make his intentions official on Thursday as the defensive lineman from Falcon High School in Colorado Springs signed with the Tennessee Tech football team.

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- To close out Tennessee Tech's December signing class, Jeremiah Sandiford was able to make his intentions official on Thursday as the defensive lineman from Falcon High School in Colorado Springs signed with the Tennessee Tech football team.
Sandiford finished his prep career in Colorado after spending time at Miller Grove High in Georgia, where he played with fellow Golden Eagle signee Cayman Spaulding. A first-team all-region and all-state selection, Sandiford finished the season with 108 tackles, eight sacks and 27 tackles-for-loss. While primarily a defensive player, Sandiford proved he could be versatile on offense as well, rushing one time for 16 yards and a touchdown. He is also a successful wrestler at Falcon High.
Standing at 6-1 and 280 pounds, Sandiford is another player Tennessee Tech head football coach Dewayne Alexander sees as a big addition up front on the interior defense.
While the December period has been completed, the recruiting process is far from over as National Signing Day rolls around in a short time on the first Wednesday in February -- this season falling on February 1.
With the addition of Sandiford, the December class for the Golden Eagles includes:
