2021 (Sophomore*): Sawe participated in all six of Tech's events in the fall… ripped off a PR in the 5K to kick off the season at the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 3), finishing with a time of 18:16.47… placed fifth overall and third among Tech runners at the Golden Eagle Invitational (Oct. 15), clocking in at 19:01.7 in the 5K… turned in a PR in the 6K at the NCAA South Regionals (Nov. 12), finishing at 22:51.70.
2020-21 (Sophomore): Sawe took part in all four of the team's spring events… finished second for Tech at the Belmont Opener (Jan. 24), turning in a 5K time of 20:25.92… posted a season-best 5K of 20:08.4 while ranking as Tech's third finisher at the Golden Eagle Open (Feb. 19)… delivered a season-best 6K time of 25:32.5 at the Seminole Invitational (Feb. 5).
2019 (Freshman): Sawe competed in all five of Tech's meets in the fall, finishing second for the Golden Eagles in all five events… made her collegiate debut with a time of 19:35.75 in the 3.1 mile run at the Belmont Opener (Aug. 30)… posted a season-best 5K at the Upstate Invitational (Oct. 5), clocking in at 19:00.80 to finish second overall… ran a season-best 6K with a time of 23:37.60 at the Commodore Classic (Sept. 14)… earned a sixth-place finish with a 5K of 20:12.7 at the Murray State Open (Oct. 18).
