Bio

Katherine now is now in her senior season on the Golden Eagle roster...is a competitive athlete with the work ethic to succeed...has become one of Tech's more successful high jumpers in recent memory...a local student-athlete who enjoyed a successful career on the cross country, soccer and track & field teams at Cookeville High School...a tall and talented jumper.

AT TECH - (In 2008-09): Katherine had a career best season in the 2009 track season...she competed in high jumps during the outdoor season, and competed in every meet...achieved her best height at the Murray State meet, where she had a career-best 5-feet, 4 1/2 inch performance.

(2007-08): Katherine competed in high jumps during the indoor season...best height was 5 feet, 3 3/4 inches at Sewanee.

(2006-07):Katherine improved her performance in every meet indoors, wrapping up with a personal-best 5-feet, 4 1/4 inches at the OVC Indoor Championships, Tech's best jump of the season...also posted Tech's best effort outdoors at 5-feet, 3-inches at TSU Invitational...also cleared 5-3 at the OVC Outdoor Championships...in addition to high jump, she also ran third leg of the 4x400 relay both indoors and outdoors.

High School: Katherine lettered in three sports at Cookeville High School...received four letters on the track & field team under coach Bill Wrasman and one in cross country...also earned three letters on the Cavalier soccer team...competed in the high jump and middle distances as a prepster, and also ran some sprints.

Personal: The daughter of Thomas and Kay Lynn...full name is Anna Katherine Lynn...major is business...birthdate is March 19, 1988.
