Bio
High School: Hand comes to Tech from Cherry Creek High School in Colorado, where she set for Sally Moos from 2014-17… tallied 631 assists, 197 digs, 31 blocks and 72 kills in her senior season… helped the Bruins to a Class 5A runner-up finish at the 2017 Colorado High School Activities Association state tournament… named to the all-state first team by the CHSA and was an Aurora Sentinel All-Centennial League selection in 2017.
Personal: Father, Dave Hand, played tennis at Nebraska in 1985.

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Tech volleyball program has received a signed letter of intent from the newest member of its 2019 recruiting class, setter and Spring Hill, Tenn. native Emma Osterbur. Osterbur is the final piece of coach Jeannette Waldo’s first full recruiting class, joining six other members – liberos Raya George and Carly Skrabak, middle blockers Skylar Boom and Dallas Oatis, outside hitter Julia Wheeler and right side hitter Morgan Gish.
SEATTLE, Wash. – Tennessee Tech volleyball did not get the start it was looking for on the first day of its final nonconference tournament of the season, dropping matches to the host Seattle U. and to Montana State at the Redhawk Invitational on Friday. The Golden Eagles’ record moves to 6-7 with one match remaining against Idaho State on Saturday, before opening the conference slate one week from tonight.
