High School: A two-sport athlete at Briarcrest Christian School in Eads, Tenn., Wood lettered one year in track and was a four-year starter as a forward in soccer…helped guide her team to a 2019 state championship and a state runner-up appearance in 2022…part of a squad that was nationally ranked No. 11 and went a combined 54-6-6 throughout her high school career…helped lead team to four Division 2AA West Region championships…named to the All-State team and was a three-time All-Region first teamer…team’s Offensive MVP winner in 2021…led her school in assists in 2021 and 2022…combined for 20 goals and 21 assists throughout her high school tenure...member of the National Honors Society, the National Spanish Honors Society and the Academic Honor Roll.
