2020-21 (Senior): Austin thrived in her second season as the club’s starting goalkeeper, playing in each and every minute during the 2020-21 season…overall, tallied 938 minutes in between the pipes…took home the inaugural OVC Goalkeeper of the Year in addition to reserving a spot on the All-OVC first team…named the TTU Athletics Female Athlete of the Year as part of the Golden Wings Awards, becoming the third member of the soccer team to secure the honor (Ellie Iaciofano and Kari Naerdemann)…led the OVC, setting a conference and program record with a .891 save percentage…also led the league in goals-against average at 0.67, the third-lowest in school history…tied for tops in the OVC with 57 saves…allowed a league-low seven goals in 10 matches…picked up three clean sheets in 10 matches…named the OVC Goalkeeper of the Week for the second time in her career on Mar. 14 after picking up back-to-back shutouts with a combined nine saves in wins at Morehead State and over Eastern Illinois…started the spring with three straight shutouts, including a six-stop effort as part of a 1-0 win at Morehead State on Mar. 9…secured seven saves in back-to-back matches vs. Belmont on Mar. 16 and at SEMO on Mar. 19…tallied eight saves vs. UT Martin on Mar. 26…collected her only shot of the season against SIUE on Mar. 30…tied a career-high with 10 saves in a 1-1 draw vs. Eastern Kentucky in the final match of the spring.
