2016 (Junior): Ortman appeared in all 21 matches, starting in 19 of them for the Golden Eagles…accumulated 983 minutes on the season…took seven shots, three of which were on-goal for a .429 shot on-goal percentage...tied a season-high with 85 minutes in a 2-0 win against Belmont on Sept. 25…took a season-best two shots in a 1-1 draw at Morehead State on Oct. 2…played 68 minutes in a 1-0 win against SEMO on Oct. 14…played in 54 minutes in a 1-0 win over SIUE on Oct. 21…took a shot on-goal and played in 57 minutes in the OVC Tournament semifinals against Eastern Kentucky on Nov. 4.
2015 (Sophomore): Ortman played in all 20 matches for the Golden Eagles, starting in 16 of them…tallied 1,262 minutes on the pitch…scored two goals…took 14 shots, 13 of which were on-goal for a .929 SOG%, the highest mark on the team…played in all 110 minutes in a tie at Georgia State on Sep. 6…scored in back-to-back OVC matches in wins against Jacksonville State on Sep. 27 and Eastern Kentucky on Oct. 2…took a season-high three shots, all of which were on-goal at Eastern Illinois on Oct. 9…played in all 110 minutes at SEMO on Oct. 25.

High School: Ortman was a two-sport athlete at Grissom High School in Huntsville, Ala., lettering in soccer for four years and playing volleyball for one…all-city defensive player first-team honors as a senior…team captain as a senior…helped lead team to a 66-9 combined recorded, including a section championship in 2012…member of the National Honor Society.
