2024-25 (Sophomore): Has played in 22 of the team's 31 games ... has tallied 32 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, and a steal ... shooting 21.7 percent from the floor, 18.2 percent from distance, and a perfect 6-for-6 from the charity stripe ... scored a season-high six points against Jackson State ... hauled in a season-best three rebounds with five points at Western Illinois.

2023-24 (Freshman, Southern Illinois): As a freshman in Carbondale, Ill., Saracco competed in 27 of the Sulukis' 31 games, shooting 35.3 percent from the floor and an impressive 41.2 percent from 3-point range. Earning significantly more playing time as the season progressed, the newest Golden Eagle signee averaged 5.6 points and 1.4 rebounds over 15.7 minutes per game in the team's last seven contests.  During that stretch, Saracco shot 43.3 percent from the field and 42.9 percent from downtown while sinking at least one 3-pointer in four games. SIU won each of its final three games of the regular season as the rookie's playing time saw an uptick. Saracco delivered her top two performances of the year during the final seven games of the year, highlighted by a 12-point showing off the bench against Illinois State in which she buried four triples on seven attempts. In Southern Illinois' final regular-season tilt of the year, she subbed in for a highly productive, 18 minutes while accounting for 11 points on 3-for-5 shooting, five rebounds, and a pair of makes from beyond the arc at UIC.

HIGH SCHOOL: The Bolingbrook, Ill. native played her junior and senior seasons at Example Academy, the state of Illinois' first all-girls prep school, where she was a McDonald's All-American nominee her senior year. Prior to attending Example Academy, Sarracco teamed up with Golden Eagle signee Taris Thornton at Montini Catholic High School, where they guided their team to a third-place finish in the Class 3A Illinois State Tournament.

Tech women's basketball hosts Lipscomb in Purple Palooza exhibition Tuesday

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – After weeks of work against their teammates, the Tennessee Tech women’s basketball team is probably ready to face a different opponent. Why not a Division I-level opponent? The Golden Eagles will get their chance to do that Tuesday night as they host Lipscomb for the first part of the Purple Palooza exhibition doubleheader at the Hooper Eblen Center. Tipoff is slated for 5:30 p.m. The Purple Palooza event begins at 4:30 p.m. with free trick-or-treating around the Eblen Center concourse with student groups, community groups and businesses and Tech athletic teams handing out candy. Admission to the game is free, but there will also be opportunities for fans to donate to the Cookeville Regional Medical Center Charitable Foundation as the NCAA allows teams to play exhibition contests against Division I opponents before the traditional start of the season as long as it is a charity-based event.

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – A No. 4 projection in the Ohio Valley Conference preseason poll? One might think that could be a slight to the Tennessee Tech women’s basketball team as the Golden Eagles enter the 2024-25 campaign. No, for head coach Kim Rosamond and the Tech roster, it’s a mission statement. After all, with six straight winning seasons – with double-digit OVC wins in each year at that – the road to the conference championship is coming through Cookeville as it has many times before.

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- This past Saturday, the Tennessee Tech women’s basketball team hosted its annual “Biscuits and Basketball” and “Maintain the Tradition” free throw fundraiser, marking one of the most successful pre-season events to date. The event, a fan-favorite tradition, brings together Golden Eagle fans for a fun-filled morning of complimentary coffee, biscuits, a high-energy team workout, and time spent introducing the 2024-25 roster to the Tennessee Tech community.
