2022-23 (Freshman): A member of the 2022-23 OVC tournament championship team ... helped the Golden Eagles to their first NCAA Tournament victory since 1990 with First Four win over Monmouth ... Saw action in 12 games, averaging 5.8 rebounds ... had three rebounds and five assists ... shot .200 from the field and 1.000 from the free-throw line.
HIGH SCHOOL: A highly-decorated player in her career, Sullivan was the TSSAA Class 4A Miss Basketball in 2022, leading her Bearden squad to a Class 4A state championship with an average of 15.3 points, 5.4 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 2.6 steals per game ... finished her prep career with over 2,300 points, 500 rebounds, 400 assists and 250 steals ... was the all-time leading scorer at The King's Academy before transferring to Bearden ... was named all-district four times, all-region three times, all-state twice ... was named Player of the Year by the Knoxville News-Sentinel's PrepXtra and by 5-Star Preps, while also earning the honor at the Knoxville Sports Awards ... won three district title, three region championships and made three state tournament appearances before winning in 2022.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. – It was a heated contest for the full 40 minutes, but the sprint to the finish in the final 2:32 of the game saw Southern Indiana claim the 69-66 victory over Tennessee Tech, outscoring the Golden Eagles 10-6 as the game came to a close. Kiera Hill ended the game tying her career-high of 18 points, going 8-for-15 inside the arc. She also ended with a team-high six rebounds. Anna Walker also ended the game in double-figures for Tech as she scored 12 points.

The third time must have been the charm as the Golden Eagles surged out to big leads early to take a 79-56 victory at Morehead State on Thursday night. FLORENCE, Ala. – Kiera Hill scored a career-high 18 points to pace the Tennessee Tech women as the Golden Eagles used two big runs in the second half to rally from a seven-point deficit to take a 78-67 victory on the road at North Alabama. Hill had 18 points on 7-of-11 shooting, as well as 4-for-5 from the free-throw line, to break her previous career-high of 16 set in the Ohio Valley Conference tournament championship. Three other Golden Eagles scored in double-digits as Reghan Grimes had 17 points, Maaliya Owens had 11 and Jennifer Sullivan added 10.

The 61-point margin of victory is also the fourth-largest in the program’s history. It is also Tech’s first 100-point game since 2018. The Golden Eagles (3-6) scored 38 points in the first quarter alone, banking on a 75-percent shooting rate, hitting 15 of their 20 shots. Tech was also able to force 31 turnovers in the contest, converting those into 46 points. Reagan Hurst had four steals, while Maaliya Owens, Jennifer Sullivan and Harley Paynter each had three.
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Tennessee Tech might have lost the game Friday night against Southeastern Conference foe Missouri in the Daytona Beach Classic, but the Golden Eagles were winners in a different way as Tech put together its strongest effort of the season thus far in a tough 66-65 loss to the Tigers. The Golden Eagles (0-4) knocked down 10 3-pointers, dominated the glass with 33 total rebounds and 14 offensive caroms, forced Missouri into 15 turnovers with nine steals and had 14 assists to the Tigers’ nine. Tech had four players score in double-digits as Maaliya Owens and Reghan Grimes each had 13 points, while Reagan Hurst and Jennifer Sullivan each had 12. The Golden Eagles were 21-of-58 from the field, 10-for-33 from 3-point range – and held a Missouri team that averaged over 10 3-pointers a game to 6-for-14 from long-range.

Tech (1-4) got double-digit scoring production from four players as Anna Walker led the way with 16 points, while Maaliya Owens had 12, Reagan Hurst 11 and Reghan Grimes 10. Everything that worked in the Golden Eagles’ one-point loss Friday to Southeastern Conference foe Missouri seemed to click again.
COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – If Thursday’s Purple Palooza exhibition is any indication, the Tennessee Tech women’s basketball team looks to be in great shape heading into the 2023-24 campaign. The Golden Eagles cruised to an 89-44 victory on Thursday night against visiting Christian Brothers University. While the statistics from the contest do not count as it was a preseason affair, Tech had some solid performances in the victory. Graduate Maaliya Owens picked up right where she left off breaking the single-season 3-pointers made mark with 92 a year ago. On Thursday, she knocked down four of her eight long-range tries and was a perfect 5-for-5 at the free-throw line.
