High School: Lawder competed in cross country and track & field at Milton High School in Milton, Ga.… qualified for the GHSA state championships in the 1600m once and 3200m twice… made the GHSA State Cross Country Championships twice and the Nike Cross Nationals Southeast Regional once… posted standout personal bests of 1:57.32 in the 800m, 4:19.28 in the 1600m, 9:23.52 in the 3200m, and 15:38.72 in the 5K… helped lead Milton’s distance program to multiple postseason appearances while establishing himself among the school’s top performers.
