2022 (Junior): Smith participated in all six of the team's events during the year… led Tech once and was the team's runner-up four times… paced the Golden Eagles in the 10K at the NCAA South Regionals (Nov. 11) with a time of 31:29.2… earned a top-15 showing overall and a runner-up finish for Tech at the OVC Championships (Oct. 29), clocking in at 25:47.6… turned in a season-best 8K with a mark of 24:48.7 at the Live in Lou Classic (Oct. 1).
2021 (Sophomore): Smith took part in five of Tech's six meets during the fall… led the purple and gold in all five events he competed… made his Tech debut with an 8K of 25:39.60 at the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 3)… delivered the 14th-fastest 8K in program history with a time of 24:37.3 at the Live in Lou Classic (Oct. 2)… paced the Golden Eagles and finished 10th overall at the OVC Championships (Oct. 30), clocking an 8K of 25:23.2… posted a PR in the 10K at the NCAA South Regionals (Nov. 12) with a time of 31:28.74.
Before Tech (Loughborough University): Smith competed in both cross country and track & field nationally while attending Loughborough University.
