2021 (Freshman – Northwest Florida State College*): Turner played in each of the team’s 49 games as a redshirt freshman… posted a .275 batting average, .435 on-base percentage, and .301 slugging percentage… racked up 42 hits, 40 runs, four doubles, and 23 RBI… led the team with 43 walks and 25 steals… delivered a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage… tallied a season-high three hits five times during the season… scored a season-best three runs against Shelton State CC (Feb. 25)… turned in a top performance of three steals twice, once against Shelton State CC (Feb. 25) and against at Gordon State College (Mar. 4)… drove in a season-high four runs in the first game of a doubleheader versus Tallahassee CC (Mar. 27)… recorded his first career outfield assist against Chipola College (Apr. 7)… drew a pair of walks nine times… recorded multiple hits in 11 games.

The home of the Rocket City Trash Pandas, the Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Toyota Field represents one of two Minor League Baseball stadiums the Golden Eagles will compete at this season, set to take on No. 3 Tennessee at Smokies Stadium, home of Chicago Cubs’ Double-A affiliate Tennessee Smokies, on Apr. 12.
