2017 (Sophomore): Osborne appeared in 17 games while making seven starts, primarily in the outfield… hit .279 on the year, recording nine runs, eight RBI, 12 hits, five doubles and two home runs… slugged .535 while posting a .326 on base percentage… drove in a season-high four runs with a pair of doubles at Jacksonville State (Apr. 8)… smashed two home runs for three RBI against Morehead State (May 20)… made one of the biggest defensive plays of the season, robbing a three-run home run in Tech’s victory over #15 Florida State (June 2) at the NCAA Tallahassee Regional… posted multiple hits in three games… also made 18 appearances, with one start, on the hill… compiled a 2-2 record with an 8.20 ERA over 26.1 innings pitched… allowed 29 hits, 24 earned runs and 17 walks while striking out 25 batters and holding opponents to a .274 average… tossed a season-high three innings out of the bullpen at UT Martin (Mar. 9)… struck out a season-high four batters against Bradley (Feb. 26)… earned first win of the season with two innings of work against SIUE (Mar. 18)… made only start of the season against Middle Tennessee (Apr. 25)… boasted seven appearances without allowing an earned run… struck out three or more batters in four games.
