Bio
Don Wade was named Golden Eagle football coach in 1968 and led Tech to two OVC championships during his 15-year tenure. He was named the league's Coach of the Year in 1971, 1972, and 1975, and compiled the second-best winning percentage in school coaching history. Under his leadership, Tech compiled an 81-78-3 record.
