Bio
Marshall "Stick" Taylor was a Golden Eagle gridder from 1953-1956, earning All-OVC recognition and four letters. Beginning in 1962, Taylor was an assistant football coach for three seasons before assuming the head coaching duties in baseball, a post he held for one year, leading Tech to a 16-8 record. He also coached professionally for the Shreveport Steamers for two seasons and served as general manager of the World Football League team until 1976.
