Bio
Fisher turned in one of the more memorable performances in Tech football history, helping his team erase a 19-point, fourth-quarter deficit for a double-overtime victory over Samford. The quarterback finished 31-for-44 for 415 yards and 2 scores through the air and accounted for 48 yards and three more touchdowns on the ground.
In the fourth quarter and overtime alone, he tossed two TDs and ran for two more while also converting three 2-point conversions. His lofted pass to running back David Gist in the end zone resulted in the game-winning 2-point play for the 59-58 win.
