Meffert named to the Bearcat Invitational All-Tournament team

CINCINNATI, Ohio - Tech volleyball sophomore Leah Meffert was named to the Lady Bearcat Invitational All-Tournament team. Last season Meffert was named to two different all-tournament teams bringing her total to three.

She helped Tech sweep Wright State in their final match of the tournament to conclude the tournament 1-2 to begin the season.

Meffert had numbers comparable to the beginning of the season last year. She currently has 33 kills, two aces, two assists and is second on the team in digs with 30. She looks to lead Tech once again when the Golden Eagles travel to Ball State next weekend for the Lady Cardinal Invitational.
