Golden Eagles come in at 25th in the Mid-Major Poll

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. --- In the most recent poll conducted by CollegeInsider.com, the Tennessee Tech women's basketball team is ranked 25th in the NCAA Mid-Major Top 25.

TTU fell to 25th in poll after putting together a 1-2 record last week. Tech took a pair of losses to UCLA and Long Island, but rebounded recently with a 66-52 win over Tennessee Wesleyan.

Tech is the OVC's lone representative in the poll with Eastern Illinois and UT Martin receiving votes. Of its upcoming opponents, Middle Tennessee is the only team in the top-25, coming in at 12th, while Samford is receiving votes.

The Golden Eagles hit the road to take on Middle Tennessee Wednesday, at 7 p.m.
