As a true freshman, Christian worked on the Golden Eagle scout team...now he's ready to see action as an outside linebacker...had a solid spring...good size and agility...has shown a solid understanding of the defensive system...a walk-on looking to make his mark...worked at bandit last year and made the move to the other side as a ram linebacker for 2010.

AT TECH - (In 2009): Christian was a redshirt on the Golden Eagle roster in his true freshman season.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner during his prep career, including one year at North Florida Christian School and three for coach Lamar Brown at Morristown West High School...spent his time at West alternately manning the offensive and defensive lines..also lettered one year on the track & field team...twice named all-conference, he also earned all-area and all-region honors as a senior...helped win three conference championships, two district titles and one regional crown.

PERSONAL: The son of Tim Padrnos and Laurie Shaffer...born February 22, 1991 in Medford, Ore...full name is Christian Timothy Padrnos...double major, he's studying economics and math...a three-time academic all-conference winner and academic all-state as a senior.
