Julian has made the move across the line of scrimmage and spent the Spring learning a new role as an outside linebacker...was the team's No. 4 quarterback in his true freshman season in 2007, but didn't see any action...moved to wide receiver during the '08 Spring drills, but didn't see any action in that position...has too much potential to be on the sidelines, so coaching staff is working to find most effective use of his abilities...gaining a better knowledge of the defensive system...great size...still hunting for a position to settle into.

At Tech (In 2008): Worked as a wide receiver, but did not see any action. (In 2007): Was a redshirt quarterback in his first season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Julian was a standout prep quarterback at Harriman High School...voted the region's Offensive MVP and first-team all-region...also earned first-team all-state recognition from the Tennessee Sportswriters Association.
