COOKEVILLE, Tenn. - Tennessee Tech announces the addition of TTU alumnus Cody Sircy to the facilities and events department. Sircy will serve as a facilities and events coordinator.
Sircy, 24, worked as a student-worker in the facilities and events department during his last two semesters as a student at Tennessee Tech. He graduated in May with a degree in interdisciplinary studies. Prior to attending Tech, Sircy graduated from Macon County High School in 2008. While he attended MCHS, he was a member of the Tigers football team for all four years.
Sircy will help with all game management for Tech's home basketball and football games, as well as soccer, volleyball, baseball, softball, and tennis. He also will assist in the maintenance all of Tech's athletic facilities.
The Lafayette, Tenn., native, has many ties to Tech as his cousin, Bobby Sircy, graduated from Tech and was a member of the Golden Eagle football team for two seasons. Sircy’s younger sister, Maggie, is also currently enrolled at Tech.
Sircy, the son of Mark and Jackie M. Sircy, is currently a resident of Cookeville.
