Tech marketing also added a new intern, Hannah Hut. Working with Leveda Birdwell, Director of Corporate Sales and Marketing, and Bobby Long, Marketing and Promotions Intern, Hut is the newly appointed Corporate Sales and Marketing Intern. Hut’s primary focus is pitching Tech athletic to local businesses in hopes of funding special projects throughout athletics. Hut also handles day-to-day marketing and promotions activities for Tech’s 14 varsity teams.

Hut is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where she was a memver of the Tennessee Lady Vol Soccer team. While Hut was on the team, the Lady Vols made two NCAA appearances and won the SEC tournament championship in 2008.  Hut also gained valuable experience as the team’s representative for donors, local businesses and youth soccer communities. Hut served as an intern at Wyndham Vacation Resorts at the Great Smokies Lodge, assisting in the opening of a new building in the resort complex.
